Review: iApplicants ended data entry and filing of 7000 applications per year for us, and helped us better address affirmative action plan needs. Overall a very good program, very easy to use. For our regular computer users in management, I can show them the basics so they can work in iApplicants in about 5-10 minutes. Even those who are less computer literate can learn it in an hour or two.

Review: Hiring managers are able to log on and filter through applications and candidates. Instead of being bombarded with resumes and inquiries. We are able to keep track of our applicant pool, and the ability to update their status in the interview process is great!
