How does the FREE Trial work?
We will create your custom iApplicants™ system for you to use. You will be able to post jobs to your iApplicants™ site, push them out to the FREE job boards, and generate actual applicants through the system for the first 30-days at no charge.
What happens at the end of the FREE Trial?
If you decide to continue using iApplicants™, it is simple... you will continue using the system provided to you during the free trial, and with a few additional steps, you will be off and running!
- First, change over your help wanted ads and job postings to point applicants to your company's website or directly to your iApplicants™ site.
- Next, you will place a "careers" or "employment" link on your company website and point it to your iApplicants™ system.
- Finally, you will receive an invoice that will give you either an annual or quarterly payment option for the ongoing use of iApplicants™. You simply pick the payment plan that works best for your budget and pay either with a check or online with a credit card.
If you decide not to continue with iApplicants™ either at the end of the trial or at any time after your purchase, we will provide you with the ability to print out in paper form your applicants from the system or send you an export file with your applicant data for your records.
What are the steps to start the 30-day FREE Trial?
Your FREE Trial of iApplicants™ will be live within a couple of business days. The steps below will help you understand what the setup process looks like:
1 - Completely fill out the form below. Be sure to provide us with your current number of employees so that we can provide you with a price quote.
2 - You will receive a confirmation email from us that will include instructions for the next step of customizing the application. You will be instructed to review our standard application or to send a copy of your current application to us, so we can customize to the online application. This process should take you less than 30 minutes to complete.
3 - Once we receive the documents we will setup your iApplicants™ system and customize it for your company. This includes matching the graphics and color scheme of your company website.
4 - With the customization complete, you are ready to start using the system. You will receive a welcome email with your login information along with a link to watch our web based training module. You will simply need to post your current job openings in the system and push them out to the job boards we support and you should start receiving applicants within a day.
