Every Client has an Assigned Account RepEach of our clients is assigned to a specific account representative from the first day they express interest in learning more about iApplicants. Their account rep will take them through a demo of the system, hold their hand through the free trial setup process, and be available throughout their use of the system in case they have a question.
Dedicated Training & New Client Support TeamiApplicants has a team that is dedicated to helping new users get up and running on iApplicants. This includes live one-on-one training as well as followup throughout the initial first few months of use.
Ongoing Support TeamOur fully staffed, US-based, support team is available via email to help you with your on going use of iApplicants. If your account rep is unavailable, or you just have a quick question, you can click on the support link inside your iApplicants system and send an email into support. You will receive an instant ticket id that will be used throughout the support process to ensure that anyone that you talk will know the specific details of your situation.
